NON-ERGODIC GENERATOR

A physics-laboratory at the German Humboldt University, Berlin, has experimentally shown and proven that it is possible to draw electrical energy from the Kinetic movement of electrons in a semiconductor device. Without the need for any fuel, sunlight, wind or other intentional energy input, the semiconductor device generates usable electrical energy, just cooling its environment.

NEG technology has been validated by CSIR National Physical Laboratory (NPL) New Delhi India. CSIR -NPL due diligence report. ( AlGaAs/GaAs. At (~15K and 77K).

Comparison:

  • This invention is comparable with Solar Photovoltaics. In Solar Photovoltaics, you require Sunlight to be converted to electrical energy. Sunlight obviously is available only when the Sun shines.
  • Whereas, in Non-Ergodic Generator (NEG), you are able to harvest electrical energy from the atmospheric heat, which is available any time of the day or night.
  • The instrument is based on well-known semiconductor technology, such as semiconductor materials and thin film deposition techniques, however applying those in such a way, that energy-conversion becomes possible.

The major components are:

  • insulated chamber (body)
  • permanent magnet
  • Semi-Conductor wafers

The electron mobility in the semiconductor wafer is an important aspect of this technology and the  mobility of electron gives us a clear picture of "Mean Free Path".

The semiconductor materials should have good mobility and the desired mean free path, which if put  into a suitable permanent magnetic field starts generating "Electrical Current" The following material has been tested for it mobility and its mean free path.

1. AlGaAs/GaAs. At (~15K and 77K) Mean free path 600 Nano meter
2. InGaAs/Inp. At (Room Temperature) Mean free path ~ 220 Nano meter
3. Graphene At (Room Temperature) Mean free path ~ 186 Nano meter
4. Si/SiGe At (Room Temperature) Mean free path

Power Output - Our experiments and calculations show output can be from W to kw electrical energy.

This system is a stand-alone system. It functions at any range of ambient atmospheric temperature and anywhere.

The technology has been described and proven by well reputed US-, German- and Japanese Professors/experts in the field and international patent applications have been filed.

Kurz GmbH and IIT Mumbai have got into an agreement to conduct the tests of this NEG concept to Harvest electrical energy under normal room temperature with Graphene as Semiconductor material.

Further experiments are in progress with InGaAs/Inp at Humboldt University at Berlin in Germany.
